Hello, my name is Evan Brown,

I am a real estate investor in sunny Southern California. I have been buying rental properties, flips, wholesale deals and just about any deal that I can make money on in real estate for the last 6 years.  2014 was a great year! 2015 is full of so many opportunities it was time to step away from my J.O.B.!   So I did, recently walking away from my job of 24 years and I couldn’t be happier.
