We also pick up properties, clean them up and resell them at a regular discount so that the NEXT investor can make some money… We can get some quick cash without all the headaches…. We just flipped this property without doing any real work… Owned it for less then a week…

We just finished this project… Was a beat up rental property and we redid everything. New roof, new kitchen, new floor, etc.. very little that we left alone… great payday!!! It isn’t work if you love what you do!!!
